(760) 480-4942

Located in San Diego, CA  our internet connectivity is carrier-neutral. The facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology and N+1 redundancy in network infrastructure. The data center's backbone routers, include dual Cisco 12000 gigabit routers and six Cisco 6500-series routers, which yield multipath connections to nine tier-one backbones. The facility has Cisco Catalyst 6500 enterprise hardware, supporting supervisory capabilities, enhanced TOS switching and QOS monitoring

Our facility has connectivity via redundant OC-48s linked to Cisco 15454 SONET MPPs for the robust levels of uptime. OC-48 connections to One Wilshire in Los Angeles provides access to 260 fiber networks and carriers.

The AC / DC power systems include dual 500KVA UPS systems and  generators. The UPS systems and generators are serviced regularly and tested semi-annually. Even the air conditioning components have redundancy factored in.

Power Systems (DC)

The redundant batteries are essential for avoiding power disruptions. If power should go out, then the batteries provide power for a critical, but short period. During this short period, the generators are started and will run the facility using diesel fuel. The batteries are only necessary until the generator powers on.

Power Systems (AC)

The main AC power is comprised of four 500 kilowatt redundant uninterruptible power systems (UPS). There are approximately 500Volts (4000 AMPS) of power that is passed down to the individual cabinets at a usable 120 Volts.

Environment

The Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is critical in maintaining the environment at ideal temperatures at which your dedicated server operates at. The cooling system required a large crane to mount it on top of the building. It can maintain the air temperature at 72 degrees F with a lower humidity of under 45%.
